How it all Began…
As 2022 was coming to an end, our Founder Matt Collins got the chance to hop on a Zoom call to discuss ‘Marketing and Sustainability’ with Marketing Director at Giki, Richard Campbell. Upon rewatching the conversation, a common theme began to emerge.
For decades, marketers have been driving companies to meet quotas and drive necessary and excessive sales for growth. This has partly caused the current situation regarding carbon emissions, inequality, waste and a wide range of other global consequences. Given that marketers have been instrumental in causing this, why can’t we be instrumental in helping us out of the situation?
Upon reflecting on these thoughts in the following days, an idea came to mind. Given our expertise as a team in creating award-winning Marketing campaigns for positive social impact, why don’t we use marketing to drive positive change for people and the planet?
And just like that, The Good Guys was born. A Digital Marketing Agency for Sustainability and Social Impact, in which marketing is used to help changemakers drive awareness of positive change for people and the planet.

What do we actually do?
A fundamental element of our strategy and process is to get to know the companies that we work with. In particular, we understand their contribution, objectives and ambitions, as we appreciate that each prospect requires a truly unique approach.
Then, we go back to the drawing board. Subsequently, we build an out-of-the-box campaign that serves to amplify the positive social impact of the exceptional changemakers that we work with.
Finally, we work alongside these changemakers, and assist in constantly measuring and improving the impact of our campaigns. Therefore, this ensures that we successfully meet our clients objectives.
Why do we do it?
Through our processes, we use marketing to help resolve the situation that marketing had an important role in creating. That is to say, a catalyst to help brands who are genuinely doing the right thing get the maximum growth and recognition they deserve for the positive actions that they take.
We envision a future where the companies doing good for the planet are rewarded for their efforts.
What does this look like?
Don’t take our word for it, our previous work speaks for itself…
We Founded Hospitality for Heroes.
We founded, branded and delivered multi-award-winning Hospitality For Heroes, a socially driven campaign to feed frontline workers and keep hospitality alive during the pandemic.
This helped raise over £250 000 , deliver over 150 000 meals to key frontline workers, and gain hundreds of thousands of social media engagement.
We Launched KLIR
Our team was behind KLIR, helping people to live in a positive state of mind through a range of sustainable Nootropics that are full of vitamins, adaptogens and natural ingredients. We oversaw the creation, implementation and management of the go-to-market strategy. In 3 months, we acquired 1000+ customers, and achieved an annual compound growth rate of 161%.
